About the job:
I run a cosmetic clinic and my Wix website is live but converting at zero — over 2,500 visits in 30 days, no bookings. I need someone to optimise the site for conversion: rewrite the copy, restructure where needed, and implement it directly in Wix.
AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) are welcome — I care about the result, not the process. What I'm paying for is your judgement on what converts, your eye for layout, and clean implementation in Wix.
What I need done:
Optimise the website for conversion. This includes:
Rewriting copy across the homepage, key landing sections, and FAQ
Restructuring layout where it's hurting conversion (especially mobile)
Sharpening the CTA and ensuring it links cleanly to my booking calendar
Adding any sections that are missing for trust and clarity (e.g. pricing FAQ)
Confirming Wix analytics is tracking CTA clicks correctly
Testing the full booking flow on mobile and desktop
I'll share my current site, promotional offer, target customer, brand context and competitor websites once engaged. You bring the conversion expertise.
Requirements:
Demonstrated Wix experience (share 2–3 examples)
Conversion copywriting experience for service businesses (bonus: beauty, cosmetic, or wellness)
Mobile-first mindset — most traffic is mobile
