High-Volume Job Application VA

I need a virtual assistant who can hit a daily target of 70–80 job applications using my proprietary software. After a structured onboarding session and walkthrough videos, you’ll take over the process end-to-end, logging in each day, loading the client profiles I assign, and submitting on the three boards we currently support: • Indeed • Glassdoor • LinkedIn Quality matters more than raw speed, so I expect every application to follow the exact formatting in the playbook and to match the job description accurately. A quick learner with sharp attention to detail and excellent written communication will fit in perfectly; once you know the flow, I’ll trust you to run it without hand-holding and to flag issues promptly in our Slack channel.
