Project Description
I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a custom time registration / time tracking web application from scratch.
The goal is to create a clean, modern, and easy-to-use web app that allows users (employees, freelancers, managers) to track working hours, manage projects/tasks, and generate reports.
Key features required:
Secure user login / registration with different roles (Admin, Manager, Employee)
Real-time clock-in / clock-out timer
Manual time entry with selection of project / client / task
Project and client management module
Daily, weekly, and monthly time reports
Dashboard with overview of total hours, productivity stats, etc.
Export reports to Excel, PDF, and CSV
Fully responsive design (desktop + mobile friendly)
Basic notification system (optional for now)
Additional nice-to-have (can be discussed):
Simple invoicing based on tracked hours
API for future integrations
Multi-language support
Requirements:
