Project Overview
The objective of this project is to develop a professional, secure, scalable, and modern bilingual content publishing website under the name “XXXXX”. The platform will function as a high-performance publishing website with a clean user interface, responsive design, strong security architecture, and long-term scalability.
The website must support both Arabic and English languages, including proper RTL (Right-to-Left) formatting and optimized user experience for Arabic content.
The website must be developed and deployed on a server infrastructure located outside the operating country of the project. The infrastructure must be configured to provide high performance, strong security standards, and a clean deployment architecture.
The freelancer will be responsible for the complete technical setup, deployment, design, optimization, multilingual implementation, and final delivery of the platform.

The website should include:
Modern and professional bilingual design
Full Arabic and English language support
Proper RTL formatting and Arabic typography optimization
Responsive mobile/tablet/desktop compatibility

Technical Requirements
The freelancer is responsible for:
Complete server setup and deployment
Website installation and configuration

Domain and DNS configuration
SSL/HTTPS implementation
Security hardening and protection measures
Performance optimization and caching
Backup configuration
Error handling and monitoring setup
Structured admin and publishing workflow
Infrastructure Requirements
The infrastructure must:
Be hosted outside the operating country
Be optimized for security and stability
Include proper firewall and access protection
Prevent unnecessary public exposure of server information
Use secure administrator access configuration
Minimize unnecessary logging and exposure where possible
Follow best practices for server and website hardening
Security Requirements
Security is a major requirement of this project.
The freelancer must ensure:
Secure administrator access
Hardened server configuration
Restricted and controlled access permissions
Removal of unnecessary services and ports
Protection against common attacks and unauthorized access
Proper handling of backups and credentials
Minimal exposure of infrastructure information publicly
Secure separation between infrastructure components
Ownership & Administrative Control
All services, infrastructure, and accounts related to the project must be fully owned and controlled by the client.
The freelancer must work only using accounts and credentials provided by the client.
The client must remain the sole owner and administrator of:
Domain registration
Hosting/server account
DNS configuration
Security and infrastructure accounts
Website administrator accounts
Email accounts related to the project
The freelancer must not retain any administrator access, recovery methods, credentials, backup copies, SSH keys, or infrastructure control after project completion.
At the end of the project:
All credentials must be transferred to the client
Access permissions must be removed
Passwords and sensitive credentials will be changed by the client
Full ownership verification must be completed
Deliverables
The freelancer must deliver:
Fully operational bilingual website
Fully configured server infrastructure
Complete administrative control transfer
Security-hardened deployment
Backup system
Arabic and English publishing workflow
Documentation for website management and publishing workflow
Final testing and deployment verification
The final platform should be stable, secure, scalable, easy to manage, and ready for long-term operation.
