I have an existing Windows desktop application (built in Visual Studio). The app is fully functional and serves as a fitness application. I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer (or team) to analyze the existing app and build a modern web-based version with similar functionality and improved UX/UI. Scope of Work: Review and understand the existing Windows application (source code provided) Run, test, and document current functionality Rebuild the application as a web app Improve UI/UX where appropriate Ensure scalability and performance Preferred Tech Stack: Frontend: React / Next.js (preferred) OR Flutter / React Native (if proposing cross-platform approach) Backend: Node.js + Express REST or GraphQL APIs Firebase (optional) CMS / Content: Headless CMS (Strapi, Sanity, or similar) OR WordPress (if justified) Mobile (optional bonus): Kotlin (Android), Swift (iOS), or Flutter Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Google Cloud / Vercel / Netlify CI/CD pipelines Additional Requirements: API integrations Authentication & user management Real-time features (if applicable) Testing and optimization IMPORTANT (Required Step Before Hiring): Before awarding the project, you must: Open the provided Visual Studio solution (.csproj) Successfully build and run the application Test core features Provide a short summary of: What the app does Key features identified Suggested architecture for the web version Applications without this step will not be considered.
