Authority: Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO)
Scope of Work (A to Z Handling Required):
- Conduct full trademark search in Canada
- Identify and confirm no conflicts
- Suggest correct class and identification of goods (Class 21 – kitchen products)
- Prepare and file the trademark application with CIPO
- Handle ALL office actions, objections, and government queries
- Respond to any questions raised by the government
- Manage the complete process from start to final registration
- Monitor application until it is fully approved and registered
