Fast-Track Company Strike-Off

I need support to get a brand-new, dormant private limited company (incorporated June 2025) struck off the ROC register as quickly as the law allows. The entity has never traded, owns no assets, carries no liabilities, and has no open bank accounts, so STK-2 (or any comparably swift route you recommend) should be sufficient. I do not yet have required paperwork. I’ll rely on you to tell me exactly what is needed for an STK-2 filing and then prepare it for director's signature (wife & father). In particular, I’ll need: • all “documents required for STK-2” any supporting resolutions; I expect you to e-file STK-2 and forward the final notice of strike-off so I have written proof of dissolution. I’m looking for someone who already handles MCA filings, understands the fast-track strike-off workflow inside MCA V3, and can move fast without hand-holding. Please outline your timeline, how you’ll collect signatures remotely, and any government fees I should set aside.
