Project Description
I need a seasoned Zoho One consultant to roll out the entire platform for our multi-campus education group in India. My immediate priority is end-to-end help with Zoho One itself—from licensing and architecture through to post-go-live support—so please make that the centrepiece of your proposal.
Scope
Our Admissions department will go live first. Within that launch we expect a fully customised Zoho CRM for enquiries, applications, and student lifecycle management, automated workflows that mirror our admission stages, and a Creator-based portal where applicants can track status. Once that is stable we will layer in Desk for help-desk tickets, HR approval flows, finance integrations, and any other department we choose to onboard.
