Project Description
I have a collection of mixed text-and-number records that must be transferred accurately into three separate formats: Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, Tally ERP ledgers, and Word documents. All source material will be supplied in clearly labelled folders, and I will provide any existing templates you may need so the final files match my internal layout conventions.
The job is straightforward but detail-oriented:
• Excel entry – organise the data into cleanly structured sheets, apply basic formulas where required, and keep column headings identical to the originals.
• Tally entry – record the same figures in my current Tally company, making sure ledger names and voucher types remain consistent with what I already use.
• Word entry – create or update documents that present the information in a reader-friendly format, preserving styles and headings.
Accuracy and consistency across the three platforms are critical; I will run a quick cross-check against the source once you deliver. Everything has to be completed within the next month, but you can work in batches as long as you keep me updated.
