I have well over two hundred handwritten pages that need to be turned into clean, digital records. Each page contains a mix of narrative notes, codes and figures, so accuracy with both text transcription and numerical input is essential.
You will receive high-resolution scans in batches. For each batch, I expect the content keyed exactly as written—spelling, punctuation and number formatting must mirror the originals—into a structured Excel or Google Sheets file that I will provide. Minor legibility issues are inevitable with handwriting, so you’ll need a careful eye and the patience to verify unclear entries against the scan before committing them.
I’ll review after every milestone to confirm the information lines up with the source. Consistent 99 %+ accuracy and timely updates are what will determine acceptance of each delivery. If you have questions on a particular page, flag it right away so we can clarify and keep the workflow smooth.
