I am seeking a professional Architect to develop a complete set of construction-ready working drawings for a boutique hospitality project located on a highway plot in the Puri/Odisha market. The project, named "The Laterite Retreat," is a luxury G+1 structure designed for a high-end "Nature Chill" aesthetic. Site & Footprint Details: Total Plot Size: 25ft x 59ft. Building Footprint: Exactly 18ft x 44ft. Location Context: Coastal, high-humidity, and cyclone-prone zone near Puri city. Building Program: Ground Floor (G): Open stilt parking area with structural columns. First Floor (F1): A premium luxury suite featuring an open layout, a kitchenette, and a balcony. Hero Feature: A reinforced concrete (RCC) plunge pool integrated into the first-floor balcony with a glass-front design. Expansion Plan: The design must allow for a future second-floor, 3rd floor & 4th(G+2) expansion. Design Requirements: Aesthetic: Modern tropical/boutique style utilizing laterite stone cladding and natural elements. Durability: Plans must prioritize cyclone resistance and coastal weatherproofing. Layout: High-efficiency use of the 18ft x 44ft footprint to maximize the "Nature Chill" vibe. Scope of Work (Deliverables): Architectural Set: Detailed 2D floor plans, 4-side elevations, and cross-sections (showing pool depth/integration). 3D Visualization: High-quality exterior renders showing the laterite finish and tropical landscaping. Source Files: All original AutoCAD (.DWG) and 3D files.
