Project Description
I have a hard-drive full of raw clips from our recent motorsport festival and need a sharp 45-60 second promo cut together. The feel has to be energetic and fast-paced, with the races, competitions, and the crowd’s reactions taking centre stage. No interviews, no VO—just pure speed and atmosphere.
Deliverables
• One master edit in 16×9 (ProRes or high-bitrate H.265)
• A faithful 9×16 version optimised for Reels/TikTok, framed so nothing crucial is cropped (framing will be thought out)
Workflow notes
– I’ll handle colour grading once the picture is locked.
– Sound design is on my side too, unless you feel a temp mix is essential for pacing; let me know.
– Please supply a clean timeline, preferably DaVinci Resolve, together with any project files and graphics you create.
Acceptance criteria
The final cut should:
1. Hit the 45-60 second window.
2. Open strong on race action, weave in at least two clear crowd-reaction beats, and close on a high-energy shot.
3. Flow smoothly without placeholder gaps, jump cuts, or unused slates.
4. Arrive export-ready in both aspect ratios by the agreed deadline.
