Project Description
I need a clean, manufacturable sheet-metal enclosure for an electronics device. I’ll give you the exact overall dimensions and all critical internal clearances; your task is to turn those numbers into a production-ready design.
Key points you must incorporate:
• Ventilation holes positioned to keep internal components within their thermal limits.
• Integrated mounting brackets so the finished housing can be fixed directly to our panel.
Please model the enclosure with standard sheet-metal practices in mind—correct bend radii, reliefs, and flat-pattern development—so the files drop straight into laser-cut and press-brake workflows. I prefer native SolidWorks or STEP outputs, along with a PDF drawing that calls out material, thickness, and tolerances.
The job wraps up when I can open your files, review the flat pattern, and see that every hole, bracket, and fold lines up with the dimensions I provide.
