Cashew Brand Digital Marketing and Sales Boost

We are looking for a performance-focused digital marketing expert or small team to help grow our cashew brand “Kajuveda” (Divine Cashew Industries, Karnataka, India). About us: Kajuveda is a premium cashew brand focused on healthy, clean, and flavoured cashews. We are a women-powered rural manufacturing unit (90% women employees) supporting local farmers and producing eco-friendly products. Currently, we generate sales mainly through physical stalls, but we want to scale online sales across India. Our Goal: - Increase online sales through website (www.kajuveda.in) and WhatsApp - Build a strong brand presence on Instagram and Facebook - Create a repeat customer system Scope of Work: 1. Social Media Marketing - Create and manage Instagram & Facebook content (reels, posts, stories) - Minimum 20–25 posts/reels per month - Content should focus on product, health benefits, storytelling, and brand identity 2. Performance Marketing (IMPORTANT) - Run Facebook & Instagram ads - Focus on conversions (website orders & WhatsApp inquiries) - Create and manage ad campaigns (trial packs, combo offers, retargeting) 3. Content Strategy - Plan monthly content calendar - Suggest trending reel ideas and creatives - Improve brand positioning (premium + healthy snack + gifting) 4. Lead & Sales Funnel - Help set up WhatsApp marketing (auto replies, follow-ups) - Guide basic website conversion improvements Expectations: - We are NOT looking only for posting content — we want SALES results - Experience in food/snack/D2C brands is preferred - Must provide previous work or case studies - Should be able to work with a limited budget and scale gradually Budget: - Open to monthly or project-based pricing (prefer affordable startup-friendly pricing) - Performance-based bonus can be discussed based on sales growth Location: - Remote (India preferred) If you are confident in generating real business results (not just likes and followers), we would like to work with you long-term.
