Project Description
I have an AI-generated draft of our company brochure that captures the rough layout, but the copy is riddled with typos and the structure still feels loose. I now need a designer who can turn that sketch into a polished, professional-looking, print-ready document.
Scope of work
– Rebuild the entire brochure around a clean, corporate style that matches our brand guidelines.
– Integrate twelve distinct category sections: each one comes with its own short paragraph of text and at least one image that I will supply. Some categorys will have a few sub categorys that will have thieir own text and image.
– Correct all spelling, grammar and spacing issues throughout.
– Balance text-to-image ratios so the brochure feels consistent across sections.
– Prepare the final artwork in both high-resolution PDF (for the print house) and an editable InDesign file (so my team can tweak small details later).
Deliverables
1. Press-quality PDF with bleed, crop marks and embedded fonts.
2. Layered InDesign package with linked images and fonts collected.
3. A low-resolution PDF proof for quick internal reviews.
Acceptance criteria
• Colours, margins and bleeds compliant with standard CMYK print specs.
• All 12 categories clearly separated with unified typography.
• No text errors and visuals placed exactly as approved in the proof.
When you respond, please attach two or three samples of past brochure or booklet projects that show a similar professional, corporate tone. That will help me see whether your style aligns with what I’m after.
