PROJECT TITLE:
Build Automated Funding Readiness System for Credit Repair Business
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
I own a credit repair and funding education company called Poinsette Credit Solutions. I need a freelancer to build an automated “Funding Readiness Assessment System” integrated into my existing WordPress website and Mailchimp setup.
This is NOT a custom app build. I want a clean, professional automation system using existing tools and integrations.
GOAL:
Create a lead capture + automation workflow that:
- collects client funding readiness data
- categorizes clients automatically
- sends automated email sequences
- tags users based on credit profile factors
- integrates with Calendly and Mailchimp
- stores client data in a simple dashboard/CRM

2. INTAKE FORM
Build a form that collects:

3. AUTOMATION LOGIC
Create automation rules such as:
- high utilization tagging
- funding ready tagging
- business funding prospect tagging

4. MAILCHIMP INTEGRATION
Connect form submissions to Mailchimp lists/tags and trigger automated email sequences based on user status.
5. CRM / DASHBOARD
Create a simple Airtable or GoHighLevel dashboard to organize:
- leads
- readiness status
- inquiry counts
- utilization
- notes
- follow-up stage
6. CALENDLY INTEGRATION
Connect booking system after form completion.
