I’m working on an administrative-track business‐analysis project for a hospital in Saudi Arabia and need a sharp analyst who can make sense of a sizeable, simulation-based dataset I already prepared. You’ll receive two files from me the moment we start:
• a spreadsheet containing all simulated numerical data, and
• a concise case study that explains the background, objectives, and specific questions management wants answered.
Your task is to dig into those numbers, compare the hospital’s key indicators exactly as outlined in the brief, and deliver a clear written report (Word or PDF) that highlights findings, variance drivers, and actionable recommendations. No charts or visualisations are required; well-structured commentary accompanied by any essential tables is all management wants for this engagement.
Accuracy, logical flow, and business relevance are critical. I’m happy to clarify any metric definitions or operational details as you work. Once the report reads convincingly and every requirement in the case study has been addressed, we’re done.
