Currently, caregivers are able to perform check-in and check-out through the system.
Adjustment 1 – End of Shift Form
When clicking on “exit,” replace the label with “End Shift.”
Clicking this button should open a form where the caregiver:
Selects the client attended
Fills in all required fields
The completed form must appear in the client’s profile as a history log, including:
Date of service
Responsible caregiver
Adjustment 2 – Client Portal & Caregiver Access
Currently, I am able to register clients through the admin panel, but clients should also be able to:
Log in
View their service history
Update their profile
Caregivers should:
Have access only to clients who have already been attended (even if by other caregivers)
Not have access to all clients in the system
Suggestion:
Create a tab showing only previously attended clients
Adjustment 3 – Attendance Tracking
The system should identify which client was attended.
PDF exports should:
Include the client’s name
Be in Portuguese
Remove clients from attendance tracking (check-in/check-out)
