Project Description
I am building a cloud-based platform that lets salons, spas, and similar beauty & wellness businesses manage appointment scheduling with ease. The core of the product is a smooth, mobile-friendly booking flow that customers can complete in just a few taps, while staff handle their calendars from an intuitive dashboard.
Key goals
• Multi-tenant architecture so each business has its own branded portal
• Real-time calendar with staff, service and duration rules baked in
• Customer-facing widget embeddable on any website or social channel
• Automated email/SMS reminders and easy reschedule / cancel options
• Role-based back-office where managers can add services, set availability and view reporting
I’m open to tech stacks—Laravel, Node/React, Django or comparable frameworks are all fine as long as the result is fast, secure and ready for scale. Payment processing or deeper resource management could come later, so please design the data model with future expansion in mind.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional MVP deployed to a cloud host (AWS, GCP or similar)
2. Source code in a private Git repo with clear README
3. Basic brand-neutral UI so salons can add their own colors/logo
4. Setup & usage documentation that lets a non-technical owner get started in minutes
