My goal is to build a steady pipeline of qualified B2B and B2C roofing leads across Surrey, including homeowners, property managers, landlords, and commercial clients.
I’m starting from scratch, so I’m looking for someone to develop and manage a complete lead generation system—from strategy through to execution and reporting.
Here’s how I see the work unfolding:
• Campaign strategy and audience research focused on the Surrey market, identifying key segments such as homeowners with roofing issues, property management companies, estate agents, and commercial property owners. Each segment should have a clear targeting approach across email, social media, and content channels.
• Creation of original marketing content tailored to roofing services. This includes:
– Email sequences for lead nurturing and follow-up
– Social media posts (primarily Facebook and Instagram) targeting local audiences
– Longer-form content such as blog articles (e.g. “How to Spot a Roof Leak Early”) and simple lead magnets (e.g. “Free Roof Inspection Guide for Surrey Homeowners”)
• Execution and ongoing optimisation of campaigns across email and social platforms, with proper tracking in place (UTMs, tracking links, etc.) so performance can be measured accurately.
• Weekly reporting including:
– A spreadsheet of new leads generated (name, contact details, location, and basic qualification notes such as type of enquiry)
– A short performance summary covering key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, enquiries, and conversions
All content must be written in clear, persuasive English, aligned with our brand positioning as a professional, reliable, and high-quality roofing company. Content should be ready for direct upload into tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or social scheduling platforms.
I’m happy to collaborate on overall strategy, but I’m looking for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day execution—content creation, scheduling, and reporting—so I can focus on surveying, quoting, and closing work.
