Project Description
My independent garage is ready to step up its online presence and I’d like to tackle several needs at once, keeping everything under the same creative vision. Here’s the scope I have in mind:
• Logo: either a refresh or a completely new design that feels modern and trustworthy, supplied in AI, SVG, PNG, JPG with colour palette and font details.
• Virtual-assistant tasks: booking maintenance appointments, answering email inquiries and keeping my calendar tidy—French preferred.
• Community management: planning and publishing posts on Facebook and Instagram, engaging with comments and private messages, and providing a two-week content calendar.
• Video editing: turning raw clips of repairs and customer testimonials into 30-90 second social-ready videos (1080p MP4) with simple motion graphics, captions and my branding.
• Ebook writing: drafting, editing and nicely formatting a short guide (5–10 pages) that educates car owners on routine maintenance, delivered in PDF and an editable source file.
Please be comfortable with Canva, Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve, and standard cloud-sharing tools so we can work efficiently. Native-level French is essential; English is a plus.
Timeline: I’d like to roll everything out within four weeks, with checkpoints for each deliverable. If you specialise in only part of this list, let me know which pieces you’d handle and how you’d coordinate the rest—flexible collaboration is welcome.
