I already have several boards running on monday.com, but the automations and integrations that should tie everything together are still patchy. My main objective is simple: I want a fully working system that I can trust every day without babysitting it.
Right now the critical pieces are:
• Automations that move items between boards, trigger status changes, and keep data flowing in real-time
• Two-way links with Google Calendar and Calendly so dates stay perfectly in sync
• Webhook–based connections to a few custom services
What I need from you
1. Audit the current setup, map out every automation and integration, and identify where things are failing or overlapping.
2. Rebuild or fine-tune the automations so they fire reliably and in the correct order.
3. Configure clean integrations with Google Calendar, Calendly, and any required webhooks, making sure data is pushed and pulled exactly once.
4. Provide a short reference guide (screenshots or loom video are fine) so I can maintain the system after hand-off.
Acceptance criteria
• No duplicate or orphaned items after automation runs.
• All date fields on monday.com, Google Calendar, and Calendly stay in sync after changes on either side.
• Webhook responses are logged and errors surface in a clearly marked monday.com column.
• Final walkthrough proves every scenario works on live data.
