Project Description
I want my WhatsApp business line to answer incoming messages automatically so customers receive an immediate, helpful reply no matter when they write. The flow should recognise keywords, pull the correct template, and return a natural-sounding message in seconds, without any manual intervention from my side.
Scope
• Design and implement a WhatsApp TextBot focused exclusively on automated responses.
• Build a simple dashboard or configuration file so I can edit reply text and keywords on my own.
• Make sure the solution respects WhatsApp Business API policies and delivers responses reliably 24/7.
Technical notes
I do not have an existing bot, so you may suggest the best route—Twilio, Meta Cloud API, or a comparable tool—as long as the final setup runs smoothly on my current hosting. Code can be in Node.js, Python, or another mainstream language that is well documented.
Acceptance criteria
• Incoming messages trigger a reply in under 3 seconds.
• All logic and credentials are handed over with clear, step-by-step deployment instructions.
• The system is fully tested with real WhatsApp numbers before sign-off.
