Project Description
I need an experienced, upbeat cold-caller who can pick up the phone, reach out to small business owners, and introduce my client’s website-based product and related services in a clear, engaging way. Your job is to spark interest, capture key decision-maker details, and hand off warm prospects so my in-house team can continue the conversation.
You will be calling qualified small-business lists I provide (or, if you have proven sources, feel free to suggest them). A concise product-intro script is ready, but I welcome your tweaks if you know a phrase that consistently lands. Every call must finish with either an email address or permission for a follow-up—ideally both.
Please be comfortable using common VoIP dialers, Google Sheets or a lightweight CRM to log notes in real time, and recording calls for quality review. Native-level English, confident phone presence, and a track record of successful cold outreach to small businesses are non-negotiable.
Deliverables I need from you:
• Daily call log with contact name, direct line, email, outcome, and next step
• Brief end-of-week recap summarising objections you heard and any script improvements you recommend
• Audio recordings (or dialer links) for spot checks
