Project Description
I have a series of printed reports that need to be transformed into a clean, well-structured Excel file. Everything must be keyed in manually—no OCR—so I can rely on consistent formatting and accuracy. The material mixes descriptive text with numbers (dates, prices, quantities, IDs), and I want each field placed in the correct column of the workbook template I will provide.
Here’s how I see the flow:
• I send you scanned PDFs of the printed pages in manageable batches.
• You type the content into the Excel template, preserving spelling, punctuation, and number formatting.
• Basic formulas such as SUM or AVERAGE are welcome where they naturally apply, but faithful transcription is the priority.
• Any illegible characters should be flagged, never guessed.
• When a batch is done, you return the updated .xlsx file along with a short note listing unclear items.
Accuracy above 99 % and solid Excel skills are essential, as this data feeds directly into our internal dashboards. A fast, reliable typist who can keep the layout tidy will make all the difference. If that sounds like you, I’m ready to send the first 100 pages today so we can get underway.
