Project Description
Our home-office kitchen sits right beside the main entrance, so the redesign needs to refresh both the interior workspace and the small exterior façade visible from the front door. I want a clean, modern aesthetic carried through in neutral tones—think warm whites, soft greys and subtle wood accents that feel professional yet welcoming to staff and visitors alike.
Functionally, the layout must support a full cooking area equipped with advanced, energy-efficient appliances; seamless, integrated storage that hides the everyday clutter; and a compact coffee-and-tea corner that encourages quick breaks without crowding the prep zone. Good circulation from the front door into the kitchen is key, so I’m looking for a design solution that visually links the two spaces while controlling noise and odours.
What I need from you:
• Concept and mood boards capturing the modern, neutral palette
• Scaled floor plan and elevations showing appliance placement, cabinetry and storage solutions
• 3D renders (SketchUp, Revit or similar) illustrating the connection between the kitchen and entry
• A concise materials and fixtures schedule I can hand over to contractors
Please include a brief outline of your proposed workflow, software you’ll use, and any similar projects you’ve completed. If your design process includes on-site consultation or remote supervision during build-out, let me know—the smoother this project runs, the better for our team.
