Project Description
I want to set up end-to-end automations that turn my raw ideas or long-form assets into multiple bite-sized formats and then distribute them automatically. The immediate focus is on:
• YouTube Shorts
• Pinterest pins
• PDF ebooks
• Slide decks
• Static and carousel images
If you are fluent in n8n or Make.com (Integromat) and comfortable chaining together AI tools for writing, image generation and video editing, this project should feel natural. I am open to whichever mix of GPT, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, or other niche tools you prefer, provided the workflows run reliably and can be tweaked without vendor lock-in.
Scope of work
1. Map a repeatable workflow for each asset type, showing the input triggers, AI steps, manual approval gates (if any) and the final export parameters.
2. Build and test the workflows in n8n or Make.com, using my API keys.
3. Demonstrate automated posting or scheduling to the relevant platforms.
4. Document every scenario clearly so I can extend or duplicate the flows on my own.
Deliverables (quote each item separately)
– Operational n8n/Make.com workflow for YouTube Shorts creation and upload
– Workflow for generating Pinterest-optimised pins and scheduling them
– Workflow that compiles long-form text into a well-formatted, brand-ready PDF ebook
– Add-on flows for slide decks and image sets, following the same standards
– Step-by-step documentation and a short loom walk-through for each build
Acceptance criteria
A workflow is considered done when it can run from start to finish without manual intervention, produces on-brand assets that match the target platform’s aspect ratio and size limits, and logs all outputs for easy review.
Please outline your experience with similar automations, note any licensing limits I should expect, and attach at least one example where an AI workflow you built is already live. Looking forward to seeing your separate quotes for each content stream.
