I am launching a series of high-intensity AI bootcamps focused on production-grade AI implementation in India. I need a performance-driven marketing partner to handle the end-to-end funnel: from organic content creation to paid event advertising and final enrolment.
Scope of Work
1. Organic & Content Strategy
4-Week "Sprint" Content Calendar: Daily touch-points for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
"Social SEO" Optimization: Content must be optimized for platform search (keywords, alt-text, and AI-feed discovery).
High-Fidelity Creatives: 12+ original promotional graphics and 4 "Silent-First" vertical video reels (with bold captions for 2026-standard sound-off viewing).
2. Paid Media & Event Ads (The "Growth Engine")
LinkedIn Event Ads: Setup and management of LinkedIn-native Event Ads to drive high-intent registrations from tech professionals (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Managers).
Meta (FB/IG) Lead Generation: Running "Lead Gen Forms" to capture student interest directly within the app to reduce friction.
Retargeting Strategy: A "Surround Sound" approach—using LinkedIn for initial high-authority targeting, then retargeting those visitors on Meta where the CPM is lower to stay top-of-mind.
A/B Testing: Continuous testing of hooks (e.g., "Career ROI" vs. "Technical Depth") and ad formats (Carousels vs. Single Image).
3. Lead Ecosystem
Lead Magnet: Design of a technical "hook" (e.g., an "AI Production Checklist" or "LLM Roadmap").
Nurture Sequence: A 3-part automated email/WhatsApp sequence to move leads from "Interested" to "Paid Enrollment."
Target Audience & Geography
Focus: Working professionals in the Hyderabad/Telangana tech ecosystem (specifically targeting the HITEC City and Gachibowli professional clusters).
Profiles: Senior Engineers, Tech Leads, and fresh graduates with a technical background.
Acceptance Criteria
Media Plan: A breakdown of suggested daily ad spend and projected CPL (Cost Per Lead).
Asset Delivery: All source files (Canva/Adobe) and high-res exports.
Real-Time Dashboard: A tracking sheet or Looker Studio report showing:
