Project Description
I need a single, fully-detailed Revit BIM model that captures all secant pile and FACISA works on my site. The goal is to use this model for day-to-day construction planning, so every structural, utility and facilities element must be represented accurately enough for clash detection, sequencing and quantity take-offs.
You will receive a full set of 2D drawings, geotechnical reports and any relevant survey data the moment we start. From those, I expect you to:
• Build the complete structural system of the secant pile wall, guide walls, capping beams and any temporary works.
• Integrate reinforcement, embeds and connection details to coordination level.
• Add all associated utilities, drainage, electrical containment and other service runs that interface with the piles and FACISA structures.
• Maintain clean worksets, disciplined naming and consistent project coordinates so the model can be federated with other trades without re-work.
Deliverables
• Revit 2023 (or later) .rvt file, fully purged and audit-checked
• IFC export for sharing with non-Revit stakeholders
• A brief model log noting key assumptions or outstanding RFI items
Acceptance criteria
• Visual spot-checks show dimensional compliance with the supplied drawings.
• Navisworks clash test returns only tolerable, documented issues.
• All elements carry correct families, parameters and classification codes needed by our construction team.
If you are confident in heavy-civils BIM and have delivered similar secant pile models before, let’s get started right away.
