Project Description
I run a YouTube channel devoted to international trade and I’m ready to hand off two core functions: turning raw footage into engaging, on-brand videos and translating performance data into clear growth strategies.
On the creative side, you’ll receive talking-head segments, screen-recordings, news clips and the occasional product demo. Your job is to cut them into crisp, pacey episodes that hold attention, layer in motion graphics for data points or regulations discussed, mix sound, and export in 4K-ready formats. If you prefer Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve, that’s fine as long as the end result looks broadcast-quality and matches our brand palette.
Equally important is the analytical piece. Each week I need concise reports drawn from YouTube Analytics, Google Sheets and any BI tool you favour that show:
• which topics are driving watch time and subscriber growth
• how our audience reacts to market-research segments, compliance explainers and logistics case studies
• timely spikes tied to breaking news so we can pivot content quickly
Because the channel lives at the intersection of Market Research, Compliance & Regulations, Logistics & Shipping, and real-time News Relationships, I’ll lean on you to surface fresh data, flag regulatory changes worth covering, and suggest content angles that outpace competitors.
Deliverables I expect every week:
1. Two fully edited videos (39-50 min each) ready for upload with thumbnails and SEO-optimised descriptions.
2. A one-page analytics summary with actionable recommendations.
3. A quick slack note summarising any trending trade stories or regulatory updates that could influence next scripts.
If you’re comfortable juggling both roles—or can demonstrate a tight workflow between editing and insight generation—let’s talk.
