I run a children’s e-commerce brand and I’m ready to scale both on Amazon and through paid social.
On the Amazon side, I need full-funnel account support. Your first tasks will be to refresh every product detail page—titles, bullets, backend keywords, A+ Content, and images—so they convert better and rank higher. From there, I want proactive inventory planning inside Seller Central that keeps us in stock without tying up unnecessary cash, plus prompt, friendly customer messaging that protects our ratings and review velocity.
In parallel, I’d like you to own Instagram ads from strategy to reporting. That means audience research, creative concepts tailored to parents, campaign setup, ongoing optimisation, and weekly metrics on spend, ROAS, and traffic driven to our Amazon listings. Retargeting and look-alike audiences are welcome approaches if they fit the data.
Key deliverables
• Optimised listings live on Amazon, with before/after keyword and conversion stats
• 90-day inventory forecast and replenishment calendar uploaded to Seller Central
• Customer service templates and response KPIs maintained above Amazon’s thresholds
• Always-on Instagram ad campaign with weekly performance report and next-step actions
