I need the entire lead-capture and nurturing flow for my real-estate campaigns automated. Here is what has to happen:
• Wati must receive leads in real time from Meta ad lead forms as well as from the 99acres enquiry emails.
• Inside Wati you will design a five-question qualification bot. I am happy for you to craft the questions yourself as long as they make sense for property buyers and route smoothly into the next system.
• We can work with any CRM that connects cleanly to Wati; feel free to trial both Leadsquared and Salesmate this week and settle on the one that proves most reliable.
• In that CRM create the pipeline stages New → Qualified → Site Visit Booked → Negotiation → Closed, mapping each status back to WhatsApp tags or webhooks where helpful.
• Follow-up automation must trigger on Day 1 through WhatsApp, remind me on Day 3 to call the prospect, and send an email on Day 7. Personalise those touches with the lead’s name and whatever engagement history we have captured so far.
• My demand-generation team exports contacts from Snov.io; those CSVs—or ideally direct API pushes—should land straight in the same pipeline without manual uploads.
• Once everything is live, spend up to two hours on a screen-share with my CRM Coordinator so she can troubleshoot common sync or routing issues herself.
Acceptance criteria: leads flow end-to-end with no duplicate records, bot answers are written back to contact fields, reminders fire on schedule, and the coordinator can demonstrate a test handoff from New to Closed.
