Project: Zoho CRM + Inventory + Books Implementation – Demo Required to Bid Timeline: 10–12 Weeks Project Overview We need an experienced Zoho implementation partner to configure and integrate Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books for a solar energy distribution company with 100 users across Sales, Operations, and IT teams. Scope of Work Zoho CRM 3 custom sales pipelines, lead source setup (calls + digital), custom fields, role-based permissions for 100 users, ~3,000 contact migration from Excel, automated lead assignment, follow-up reminders, sales dashboards Zoho Inventory 4-warehouse configuration, 2,400 SKU catalogue (400 active), kit/bundle setup, daily dispatch workflow, 3PL logistics integration, reorder alerts, real-time stock monitoring per warehouse Zoho Books Full chart of accounts, GST config (IGST/CGST/SGST), vendor/customer ledgers, auto-invoice generation on dispatch, ClearTax or equivalent GST filing integration, payment reconciliation Cross-App Integrations & Automations CRM → Inventory order flow on deal won, Inventory → Books auto-invoice on dispatch, SMS/email dispatch alerts to customers, Deluge scripting for custom workflows Data Migration Excel to Zoho: 2,400 products, 3,000 customer records, vendor master, opening stock across 4 warehouses Custom Dashboards Team-specific dashboards for Sales, Operations, and IT/Management Training On-site training (Andhra Pradesh) across 3 sessions — Sales, Operations, IT/Admin. Documentation and recorded videos to be provided. Post Go-Live Support 3 months included — bug fixes, config adjustments, up to 8 hrs/month Requirements from Bidder • Proven Zoho CRM + Inventory + Books implementation experience • A working demo environment is MANDATORY to be considered — bids without a demo link or demo walkthrough video will not be reviewed • The demo should cover all three modules with sample data showing the CRM → Inventory → Books integration flow • Experience with Deluge scripting and GST configuration preferred What to Submit 1.
