I need a WordPress website shell built for my YouTube channel, Easy Canva Tutorials.
I already have Hostinger hosting and WordPress installed. I understand WordPress and blogging, but I need someone to create the design/layout properly so I can take over and publish posts myself.
This must be built in WordPress, not Hostinger Website Builder, Wix, Squarespace, or a static site.
The site is a Canva tutorial library for beginners, creators, YouTubers, Etsy sellers, Amazon KDP sellers, and digital product sellers.

Preferred setup:

Do not build this outside WordPress.
