This system must support:
International contestant registration
Passport + document collection
Chaperone management
Multi-payment system (full / installment / sponsor / government)
Hotel and event fee management
Admin-only data control
Scalable system for 100+ participants

6. EXTENDED PAYMENT TERMS (NEW POLICY)
INSTALLMENT PERIOD
Contestants are allowed to pay over a flexible period of:
UP TO 12 MONTHS (1 YEAR MAXIMUM)
Applies to:
Registration fee
Chaperone fee
Hotel fees
Event-related charges
Additional MMDO services
FINAL PAYMENT REQUIREMENT
All payments must be fully completed BEFORE travel approval.
This includes:
Registration fees
Hotel/accommodation fees
Chaperone fees
Any MMDO event costs
HOTEL & EVENT COSTS
May be included in installment plan or invoiced separately
Must be fully paid before arrival
ADMIN RULE
Admin will only issue:
Travel approval
Invitation letter
Final contestant confirmation
AFTER full payment is completed.
IMPORTANT CONDITION
No contestant may travel or participate unless fully paid
Payment plan must be completed within 12 months maximum
7. PAYMENT ASSIGNMENT SYSTEM
Each payment must be linked to:
Contestant profile ID
Payment status (Paid / Pending)
Payment type:
Self-funded
Sponsored
Government-funded
Chaperone fees (if applicable)
8. ADMIN DASHBOARD REQUIREMENTS
Admin must be able to:
View all contestants
Download passports securely
View profile photos
Track payment status
Assign sponsor/government payments
Approve or reject applicants
Manage chaperone data
Verify full payment before approval
9. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

No public profiles or directory
Private file storage for passports
