*** cases only filed in the last 30 months I need a seasoned litigation paralegal to build a nationwide snapshot of every U.S. lawsuit that has named Regus Management Group LLC, Regus Business Center LLC, or International Workplace Group (IWG). You will be working almost entirely inside PACER and supplementing with Westlaw or LexisNexis to verify filings, docket activity, and final dispositions. The matters I care about most arise from civil contract disputes—breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, and similar theories—especially where landlords have sued (or been sued by) these entities. Pinpointing fraud allegations should be your primary filter; additional patterns that surface in landlord-operator conflicts are equally important. For each case, a concise, plain-English overview is enough; I do not need a deep dive into every motion or brief. What I do need is accuracy, consistency, and an eye for common themes across jurisdictions. Deliverables • Case list with court, filing date, and full party names • 2–3 sentence summary of the dispute and posture (general overview only) • Stated or apparent outcome (dismissal, settlement, judgment, ongoing, etc.) • Narrative on recurring litigation patterns that landlords should know about If you have a track record of finding hard-to-spot cases and synthesizing them into clear insights, I’d like to collaborate.
