I need a high-performance taxi website that can be centrally managed for multiple regions yet still feel local to every visitor. The core objective is clear: drive more bookings. To make that happen I want a friction-free booking flow that supports both instant and scheduled rides, paired with a fast, responsive UI that looks and works flawlessly on any device.
Key sections I must be able to create and update without touching code include: a rich About Us page, state- and city-level landing pages that rank well for location-specific keywords, individual driver info pages, and an evergreen blog for content marketing. Every page has to be extremely SEO-friendly—clean semantic HTML, logical heading hierarchy, optimized images, structured data for taxis and local businesses, plus blazing-fast Core Web Vitals.
The entire site will live on Cloudflare’s serverless stack (Pages/Workers/R2), so please architect with edge-rendering and global asset distribution in mind. A lightweight headless CMS or a well-structured static-site generator workflow that lets me spin up or retire locations in minutes is essential. Granular component styling is important too; I expect a modern design system (Tailwind, Chakra, or similar) so colors, typography, and spacing can be tweaked centrally without breaking the layout.

• Booking engine supporting instant & scheduled rides, integrated with Stripe or similar for payments
• Templates and CMS/schema setup for About, state/city, driver pages, and blog posts
• SEO baseline: metadata automation, XML/HTML sitemaps, schema markup, 90+ on Lighthouse, <100 ms TTFB from any region
• Complete hand-off docs and a brief walkthrough video so my team can manage content and future expansions confidently
Success for me is a site that converts visitors into confirmed rides while remaining easy to scale worldwide—fast, secure, and optimized right out of the gate.
