I need a poster board with different pictures designed that raises awareness about workplace incivility and bullying in nursing while celebrating difference and teamwork. The message must sit at the intersection of race diversity, LGBT inclusion, and the everyday dynamic between new nurses and their more experienced colleagues. The tone should feel friendly and approachable—bright colours, inviting illustrations, and concise copy that any staff member can understand at a glance. Think hospital hallway or staff lounge: people pass by quickly, so the design has to stop them, deliver the point, and invite reflection without feeling preachy. Core themes to weave into the visuals and wording • Respect across every race and culture • Pride-affirming support for LGBT staff and patients • Mentorship and mutual regard between novice and senior nurses • A clear “no tolerance for bullying” statement with a positive, solution-focused twist Deliverables - One high-resolution, print-ready poster (24" × 36" preferred) in PDF - Editable source file (AI, PSD, or similar) so our education team can update stats or logos later - A web-optimised PNG/JPG for email newsletters and intranet posts Please keep fonts legible from a few metres away, balance imagery with minimal but powerful text, ensure colours comply with basic accessibility contrast guidelines, and include subtle hospital branding space if possible.
