Project Description
I am rolling out a large-scale, on-ground study across rural Andhra Pradesh to gauge how satisfied beneficiaries are with current government welfare and benefit schemes and to pinpoint where those programmes can be improved. Roughly 1,000 villages are in scope, spread over several districts, and every data point must come from direct, face-to-face interviews conducted in Telugu.
Your role
• Travel to the villages allocated to you, meet beneficiaries in their homes or common meeting points, and carry out structured interviews in person.
• Record both quantitative answers and rich verbatim feedback about satisfaction levels, delays experienced and concrete suggestions for improvement.
• Submit geo-tagged interview forms (digital or scanned), daily field notes and a brief end-of-day summary through the agreed channel.
What I’m looking for
• Fluency in Telugu and the confidence to engage villagers comfortably.
• Previous experience in field surveys, market research or social audits.
• Ability to organise local travel independently and keep to a tight visit schedule.
• Clarity in communication, both spoken and written, for accurate data capture.
