What I need:
I’m looking to develop a software tool that can search for and aggregate publicly available people-related data from multiple legitimate and compliant sources (e.g., APIs, open datasets, and licensed providers).
Purpose:
The goal is to create a centralized system for accessing structured people data for research, verification, marketing or business use, while fully complying with data protection laws and platform terms of service.

Integration with reliable, legal data APIs or providers

Logging and rate-limiting to ensure compliance
