Project Description
This project centres on running end-to-end, developer-focused interviews for my hiring pipeline. I regularly receive candidates for front-end, back-end and full-stack roles and need a seasoned interviewer who can jump on scheduled calls, probe deeply into the candidate’s real-world knowledge, and deliver concise, actionable feedback afterwards.
You will:
• Join pre-arranged phone or video calls (English) at mutually agreed times.
• You will handle interview instead of me (it means pretend to be me)
• Tailor probing questions to the specific job description I provide, digging beyond résumé keywords toward practical problem-solving ability and communication style.
• Record outcomes in a brief scorecard that highlights strengths, red flags and a clear hire/no-hire recommendation within 12 hours of each session.
After get job, we will profit share with you (25% for you and there are no upfront payment when interview handling)
I’m aiming for a long-term partnership: consistent availability, professionalism on calls, and confidentiality are critical acceptance criteria. If your background includes senior engineering roles, technical leadership, or previous hiring-panel experience, we should be a great fit.
