We are a small-sized company with a product that no one in our industry has. We have been testing our product for years and are now seeking four patents on the methodology we have developed and the techniques we have used to legally reduce claim expenses in the adjacent and injury space. We are ready to amplify our brand with the people who matter most to our business—health-care-focused insurance adjusters who handle accident and injury claims. If you already speak their language, or if you’ve built campaigns that landed in their inboxes before, we want to tap into that know-how.
Here’s where we are today: We have been working with our current clients—defense attorneys who handle accident and injury claims. Our next goal is to get our product in front of adjudicators and others who want to reduce exposure to large plaintiff claims.
Our immediate focus is on building brand awareness with this specific audience. To do that, we need someone who either knows the claims industry well, such as an adjuster or former adjuster, or someone who can research the Dallas–Fort Worth market and identify opportunities for us to speak at local industry meetings.
Our goal in those meetings would be to explain how plaintiff medical bills can be evaluated and often reduced using data that shows usual, customary, and reasonable charge rates, along with what the industry actually pays on similar claims.
