I’m refreshing my e-commerce platform and need a thoughtful UI/UX overhaul that puts shoppers first. The core goals are clear: intuitive navigation that guides visitors without friction, product imagery that feels crisp and aspirational on any device, and a checkout flow so smooth it minimizes cart abandonment.
I already have the product catalogue and branding guidelines; what’s missing is the cohesive experience that ties everything together. You’ll audit the current journey, create low- to high-fidelity wireframes, and deliver polished, developer-ready Figma files (or a comparable tool you prefer). Along the way we’ll iterate quickly: I give fast feedback, you refine, we move on.
When you apply, focus on your experience with e-commerce interfaces—especially examples that boosted conversion or simplified complex catalogues. If you’ve tackled mobile-first layouts, responsive image handling, or checkout optimizations, highlight those wins.
Key deliverables:
• User-flow diagrams covering browsing through purchase
• Responsive wireframes and visual mock-ups for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Prototype of the checkout sequence showing error states and micro-interactions
• Handoff package: style guide, component library, and assets ready for development
