I have a complete snapshot of my old website stored on archive.org and I want it brought back to life in WordPress. Every page, image, font, colour, and layout needs to match the original design pixel-for-pixel, yet adapt fluidly to both desktop and mobile screens. I’ll be running the build on the latest version of WordPress, so please work with the current core, Gutenberg editor, and modern best practices.
The finished site should include a working contact form (your preferred form plugin is fine as long as it stays lightweight and spam-protected) and be delivered fully installed on my hosting account or packaged for one-click import, whichever is easier for you. All internal links, navigation paths, and on-page interactions must function exactly as they did on the archived version, and load times should remain snappy.
Acceptance criteria:
• Visual appearance matches the archive snapshot across common browsers and screen sizes.
• All pages, menus, and media are faithfully recreated and responsive.
• Contact form submits successfully and sends email notifications.
• Final hand-off includes database, theme, and any custom code/documentation so I can run updates confidently.
