Create and grow new short-form video social media account from 0 followers
Niche: dating psychology and relationship dynamics for women ages 18–28.

Daily responsibilities include:
• Research viral content related to dating psychology and attraction
• Select strong clips with engagement potential
• Edit 3–5 short vertical videos per day
• Add captions and hooks to videos
• Post each video across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Grow the channel w organic methods
• Reply to comments to encourage organic engagement
• Track basic performance metrics and review progress

Requirements
You must have:
• experience with short-form video editing
• understanding of TikTok / Reels style content
• ability to identify engaging clips
• familiarity with CapCut or similar editing tools
• strong instinct for viral hooks

• create and post 3–5 videos per day
• post each video to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts w all hashtags and optimizations needed for engagement
• respond to comments and encourage discussion etc…

Growth Policy (Important)
All growth must be 100% organic.
You may not use any artificial growth tactics, including:
• buying followers
• buying likes or views
• engagement pods
• bots or automation
• follow/unfollow spam strategies
We only want authentic audience growth through strong content and engagement.

Compensation
Paid for results not effort.
A small monthly base pay and performance bonuses.
The goal is to reward operators who consistently create videos that perform well and generate real organic engagement.
Monthly Base Pay
$200 per month.

Performance Bonuses
Because different platforms have different average reach levels, bonuses are structured differently for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
TikTok typically generates higher view counts, so its bonus thresholds are higher.

Instagram Reels Bonuses
• $10 bonus for videos reaching 10k views
• $15 bonus for videos reaching 25k views
• $25 bonus for videos reaching 100k views
• $75 bonus for videos reaching 500k views
• $150 bonus for videos reaching 1M views

• $10 bonus for videos reaching 25k views
• $15 bonus for videos reaching 100k views
• $25 bonus for videos reaching 500k views
• $75 bonus for videos reaching 1M views
• $200 bonus for videos reaching 3M views

• $10 bonus for videos reaching 10k views

Bonus Eligibility Rules
Each video qualifies for one bonus per platform.
If the same video performs well across multiple platforms, each platform may qualify for a bonus.
Example:
If a video reaches:
• 100k views on TikTok → bonus paid
• 100k views on Instagram → bonus paid
• 100k views on YouTube Shorts → bonus paid
However:
• reposting the same video multiple times on the same platform does not qualify for additional bonuses
• slightly edited versions of the same video posted again on the same platform do not qualify for additional bonuses
• bonuses apply only to the first upload of a video on that platform

Follower growth bonuses may be added once you demonstrate:
• consistent posting
• reliable communication
• strong video performance
These bonuses reward operators who build real audiences, not just views.

Workload
Estimated time commitment:
2–3 hours per day.

Trial Task
Before hiring, we require a small test task.
You will be asked to:
• find two clips related to dating psychology
• edit them into short-form vertical videos
• add captions and hooks
• explain why you believe the videos could perform well
This test should take about 60–90 minutes. You will be paid $10 for completing this task successfully.
