PHP Accounting Software Architecture ERP Azure MySQL Web Development Full Stack Development Cloud
I need a full-featured, cloud-hosted ERP and accounting platform tailored to a wholesale distribution business. The solution must be web-based, scalable for several thousand SKUs, and accessible on any modern browser without local installs. Core operational scope • Inventory management that tracks stock in multiple warehouses, supports batch and serial numbers, and feeds real-time availability to every other module. • Sales order processing covering quotes, back-orders, partial shipments and automated invoicing. • A landed-cost “Stock Import Costing” workflow that captures duties, freight, insurance and other charges so true product cost flows into margin reporting. • Multi-currency handling from purchase order to customer invoice with automatic revaluation. • Customer-specific pricing rules (contract pricing, volume breaks, promotions) applied at the order line. Accounting scope • Fully fledged general ledger with flexible chart of accounts. • Integrated accounts payable and receivable tied directly to inventory and sales modules. • Financial reporting that supports period locking, audit trail and drill-down to source documents. Compliance & integrations • Direct Single Touch Payroll (STP) transmission to the Australian Tax Office is essential; no third-party bridge solutions. Acceptance criteria 1. All listed functional areas work end-to-end in a single tenant demo environment. 2. Role-based permissions, audit logging and REST/GraphQL API documentation delivered. 3. Source code, configuration scripts and deployment instructions supplied so the app can be reproduced in a clean AWS or Azure account. 4. User and technical manuals provided and verified against the live build. I am open on technology stack as long as it is cloud-native, modular and future-proof. Propose phased milestones—ERP backbone first, then accounting, then STP finalisation—so we can test each stage thoroughly before moving on.
