Project Description
I need a fully responsive institutional website built from the ground up, delivered with a modern-and-clean design aesthetic. The project must include a robust back-end that the institution fully controls—meaning you will hand over complete admin access, hosting credentials (the site must sit on hosting we own), the underlying database with migration scripts, and the entire source code once work is signed off.
Core functionality
• Content management centred on a Notice Board is non-negotiable; however, I also want the structure ready for a photo gallery and general update announcements so we can switch those on later without major re-work.
• Role-based control inside the admin panel is essential: Content creators, Moderators, and Administrators each need clearly separated permissions.
Technical and design expectations
The interface must be responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile, follow best UI/UX practices, and load quickly. Clean HTML5/CSS3, SEO-friendly markup, and a framework or CMS that is widely supported (Laravel, Django, Node, WordPress with a custom theme—your recommendation is welcome) will help us maintain and extend the site internally.
