AV Setup & Operator for Gala

I’m staging a charity gala and need a skilled AV professional who can both supply and run the gear on the night. The essentials are a reliable sound system for speeches, live music and announcements, plus a multi-camera video rig to capture the entire evening. You will be onsite from setup through breakdown, monitoring levels, switching angles and ensuring we record clean, well-lit footage. After the event I’d like you to edit the material into a polished highlight reel and provide the full-length recording as separate files. Deliverables • Pro-grade sound system installed, tested and mixed throughout the gala • Multi-camera recording (1080p or 4K) of the full event • Edited highlight video (5–7 min) + full footage, delivered within two weeks Acceptance criteria: clear, balanced audio with no clipping; steady, well-exposed video; final files supplied via download link in universally readable formats. The venue has standard power and stage access; you’ll coordinate with their staff but all primary equipment should come from you.
