I already have a live website for my cleaning business, and Booking Koala is embedded but still sitting in its default state. I need it transformed into a polished, fully branded booking hub.
Here’s what I expect from the engagement.
Complete set up of all forms on Booking Koala - each category of service has a form that needs to be done.
• Configure three public-facing forms—Booking, Contact and Feedback—so visitors can schedule services, reach out with questions and leave reviews without friction.
• Drop my logo (files are ready) and brand colours into every customer touchpoint, including the forms, confirmation screens and automated emails.
• Apply the specific field tweaks and logic I’ll share (extra service add-ons, ZIP-code validation, time-slot limits, pricing tiers, etc.) instead of the generic defaults.
• Test on desktop and mobile, confirm data flows into my Booking Koala dashboard, and push the changes live.
I’ll supply site credentials, the logo assets and a detailed list of custom requirements as soon as we kick off. The project is done when each form submits smoothly, the emails look on-brand and I can watch bookings land in real time.
If you’ve already set up Booking Koala—or similar SaaS booking tools—and are comfortable with a bit of HTML/CSS for styling tweaks, this should be a straightforward job. Please let me know your timeline and any relevant examples of past work.
