1. CRM Setup
Configure pipeline: Lead → Qualified → Site Survey → Proposal → Negotiation → Won
Lead tracking, activities, and basic reporting
2. Project Setup
Create project template with stages:
Registration → Loan Process → Material Dispatch → Installation → Payment → Meter Sync → Closure
Auto-create project when deal is marked “Won”
Task creation and assignment
3. Automation
Deal Won → Project creation
Stage-based reminders (loan, payment, delays)
4. Custom Fields
System size, project value, loan details, address, etc.
5. Inventory (Basic)
Link material dispatch with inventory/delivery
Note:
We use Zoho Books for accounting, so Odoo accounting is not required.
Requirements:
Experience with Odoo CRM, Projects, and automation
Ability to build workflows (Automated Actions)
Understanding of project-based businesses preferred
